We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to read our policy to ensure a smooth and clear process for exchanges.

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, and for the health and safety of all our patients, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

This policy applies to all our garments and services.

 

Conditions for Exchanges

 

We are happy to offer an exchange for most products that meet our return criteria. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on Post-Surgical garments, which come into direct contact with surgical wounds.

For all other products, exchanges are permitted only if the items meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and untried.

  • All original tags are still attached.

  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging.

We will thoroughly inspect all items before accepting any exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange on products that do not meet these conditions.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges on the following:

  • Post-Surgical garments.

  • Sale items.

  • Gift cards.

 

Sizing

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on sizing issues. To help you choose the correct size, we provide detailed size charts and instructional videos on our Sizing Guide page. Exchange Process & Timeframe

 

We offer a 5-day exchange policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange. After this period, we will no longer be able to process an exchange.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Once we have received and inspected your item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be issued a credit to use towards another product in our store.

 

Proof of Purchase

 

To complete an exchange, we require valid proof of purchase, such as your original receipt or order confirmation.
