We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to read through our policy to ensure a smooth process for any returns or exchanges.
Inspection Upon Arrival
We kindly ask that you inspect your product as soon as it arrives to confirm that it matches your order. Please do not try the product on if you intend to return or exchange it. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been tried on.
If we’ve made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, please contact us immediately, and we’ll correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Condition of Returned Items
Please note that for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on Post-Surgical garments. These garments come into direct contact with surgical wounds, which poses a significant risk of contamination and potential cause of infection. We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and trust in this matter. The health and safety of our customers is our top priority, and we want to ensure that every product remains safe and hygienic for all.
For all other products, we ask that returned items meet the following criteria due to hygiene reasons:
- Unworn, unused, and untried
- Tags still attached
- In their original packaging
We will thoroughly inspect items before accepting any return or exchange. We cannot accept returns on products that do not meet these conditions.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Sizing
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on sizing. To assist you in choosing the right size, we provide detailed size charts and instructional videos on our Sizing Guide page. These resources explain how to take accurate measurements, choose the right style for your body type, and select the ideal length based on your needs.

Timeframe
We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will no longer be able to process returns or exchanges.
Return/Exchange Costs
If you’ve changed your mind and your product meets our return criteria, we’ll be happy to process your request. Please note the return shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
Refunds:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Proof of Purchase
To complete a return or exchange, we require proof of purchase, such as your original receipt or order confirmation.
